We’re in the full heat of summer now, so let’s get naked in the garden with the Bible’s first couple!
In this Planet People poster, Eve holds out the forbidden fruit for Adam to sample. This gives them knowledge of good and evil, but causes them to be banished from paradise.
In this second version of the same scene, I have smudged the charcoal to give a soft and atmospheric light.
I like the fresh, airy feeling of the paint in this coloured version, and the way the couple pass the apple in the centre of the picture.
Although in this case, the fruit was forbidden, we all know we’re supposed to include more fruits and vegetables in our diet! An apple a day, as they say!
